When using the web interface, the conversation stopped, what should I do?
When using the web interface, the quality of your equipment and connection is important. It is possible that PocketConfidant asks you to check your internet connection or that it takes more time to receive and respond to your last message.
If PocketConfidant doesn't answer on the web interface, or stops the conversation in the middle, or asks you to check your internet connection more than once:
Check your internet connection
Refresh the page to go back to the same conversation
On any PC or Mac: press F5 on your keyboard or click the refresh button
On mobile browser: either swipe down or click the refresh button
